Dr. Zhewei Zhang is an Associate Professor at Warwick Business School specializing in digital innovation, AI systems, and computational social science. He leads the ISM-Analytics (ISMA) Group, focusing on advanced computational methods for analyzing digital trace data. His research addresses sociotechnical systems, organizational routines, and open-source software development.
Education includes a PhD from Temple University (USA), MBA/MS from Baylor University (USA), and a Bachelor's degree from Tianjin University (China).
Research interests span machine learning applications in digital transformation, platform economics, and metaverse integration. Recent work explores AI in litigation and education sectors, with publications in top-tier journals like Information Systems Research and Journal of Management Information Systems. His funded projects include AI systems for critical infrastructure resilience.
