Zhengming Chen is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Medical Sciences of Weill Cornell Medicine, specializing in Biostatistics. With expertise in statistical methods for biomedical research, he collaborates across disciplines including Hematology-Oncology, Prostate Cancer, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Pathology, Pharmacology, Pediatrics, and Alzheimer’s Disease.

- MPH in Biostatistics, University of South Florida
His work focuses on experimental design, biomarker discovery from high-dimensional genomic data, and correlative clinical studies. Current projects include conditional survival prediction in DLBCL, meta-analysis in CAR-T studies, and gene signatures in stem cell-like B cells. He also investigates early life respiratory viral infections and their impact on immune development, with applications in SARS-CoV-2 infection in children and asthma.
Dr. Chen serves as co-director of the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Core for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s SCOR grant and the Biostatistics core for an NIH P01 center grant on Mantle Cell Lymphoma. He contributes to the Cancer Center’s Disease Management Teams (DMT), Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC), and Data Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC).
