Professor Zhengming Chen is the Richard Peto Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Population Health and a Senior Research Fellow at Green Templeton College. His expertise spans chronic disease epidemiology, large-scale clinical trials, and population health research. He leads the China Kadoorie Biobank (CKB), a cohort study of 512,000 Chinese adults, and directs a multidisciplinary team of over 50 researchers focused on lifestyle, environmental, genetic, and big data-driven health studies.
