Zeynep Özen is a Researcher at MEF University Faculty of Law, Department of General Public Law. She holds a Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Law, graduating with third rank from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2021 and completing her Master’s in Human Rights Law with high honors in 2024. Currently pursuing a PhD at Galatasaray University Public Law program, her research focuses on Theory of State, Human Rights Law, Philosophy of Law, and Sociology of Law.
