Zeping Pan is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at ESCP Business School, based in Turin. His research focuses on the informational and economic impacts of financial and environmental reporting regulations, with interests in sustainability reporting, voluntary/mandatory disclosure, and auditing. He teaches financial and managerial accounting across multiple institutions, including ESCP Business School, Stockholm School of Economics, and the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
Education: He holds a Master’s in Accounting, Valuation, and Financial Management (Stockholm School of Economics) and a PhD in Business Administration (Stockholm School of Economics). During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting student at Bocconi University and Stanford University. He is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Research & Teaching: Pan applies empirical archival methods to explore regulatory impacts on financial disclosures. His work bridges international accounting standards and sustainability practices. Teaching spans core accounting subjects across prestigious institutions, reflecting his global academic engagement.
