Zeke Moores is a Lecturer in Visual Arts at the University of Windsor's School of Visual Arts (SoVA). He is recognized for his sculptural work and interdisciplinary art projects, exemplified by his solo exhibition Dispose at the Art Gallery of Windsor in 2013, accompanied by a 48-page catalogue. His teaching focuses on experimental studio practices, such as a course where students designed 'ugly' lamps, exhibited in the SoVA Projects gallery. Moores collaborates with peers like Rod Strickland and Ivory Van Veen, contributing to faculty exhibitions and fostering student creativity. His work intersects with themes of materiality, space, and conceptual art, influencing emerging artists such as Teresa Carlesimo, a former student who won a national sculpture award.
