Zbigniew Ofiarski

Prof. Zbigniew Ofiarski is a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, specializing in financial law, banking law, and tax law. He holds the position of Professor and has served as Dean of the faculty between 1999–2005. He leads the Department of Financial Law and has contributed to numerous scientific councils and editorial boards, including the Great Encyclopedia of Law. His research focuses on public finance, tax systems, and financial market regulations. Over 700 publications, including monographs and commentaries, reflect his expertise. He has held roles such as tax advisor and has been involved in academic administration, including committee memberships and institutional governance.
