Paweł Mańczyk

Dr. Paweł Mańczyk is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, specializing in tax law and municipal finance. His research focuses on local taxes, income tax (PIT/CIT), and the legal foundations of municipal fiscal sovereignty. He holds a PhD in Law (2018) from the same institution, with his dissertation addressing municipal authorities' tax powers.

Teaching activities include courses on tax law, tax administration, and fiscal control across law, administration, and economics programs. Professionally, he serves as a tax advisor and holds multiple roles at the university: member of the Financial Law Research Team, Advisory Board for Administration Studies, and Scientific Council of the Faculty. He also coordinates the Financial Law Section at the Law Clinic and serves as Secretary of the Centre for Legal Analysis of the University of Szczecin (CAPUS).

His scholarly work spans tax law scholarship, legal commentary, and participation in national conferences. Key areas of contribution include inheritance tax exemptions, municipal revenue strategies, and the constitutional framework of local taxation. He actively engages in academic activities, including organizing workshops and contributing to public policy discussions through legal analysis.
