Zanias Georgios

Professor George P. Zanias holds the position of Professor of Economics at the Department of International & European Economic Studies, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He has served as Department Chairman twice (1996-1998 and 2004-2008). His academic background includes a B.Sc. from AUEB, M.Sc. from the University of Reading, and a Ph.D./D.Phil. from the University of Oxford.

Research focuses on applied econometrics, analysis of Greek/European economies, and international development.
