Dr. Zainab Khalid is a Researcher in the Department of Geography at the University of Bonn, affiliated with the Schipper Research Group. Her work focuses on disasters, climate change, and socioeconomic dynamics in the Global South, with an emphasis on participatory solutions. She holds a PhD in Geography (2021) from Lanzhou University and has extensive field experience in Pakistan's mountainous regions.
