Dr Zainab Fakhr is a Senior Lecturer in Management at London Metropolitan University's Guildhall School of Business and Law. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration focusing on gender dynamics in Pakistani higher education. Her research employs feminist methodologies to examine societal barriers faced by female academics in conservative environments, with a particular emphasis on gender inclusion, cross-cultural contexts, and organizational power structures.
