Zahra Vahedi is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Psychology at Syracuse University, part of the College of Arts & Sciences. Her work focuses on integrating technology in education and understanding its societal impacts.

Research Interests: Zahra investigates the psychological effects of digital technologies, including social media's impact on mental health and body image. She also explores classroom technology use to enhance learning, emphasizing evidence-based pedagogy. Her work bridges social psychology, digital communication, and educational innovation.
Teaching Contributions: She teaches courses such as Forensic Psychology, Foundations of Human Behavior, and oversees independent studies. Her pedagogical approach prioritizes inclusive classroom communities and student research literacy.
