Zahid B. Zamir, DSc, is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems (MIS/ERP) at the Department of Business Administration, College of Business, Delaware State University. He holds a D.Sc. in Information Systems from Dakota State University and advanced degrees in Economics from the International Islamic University Malaysia and Brooklyn College.

Research Focus: Dr. Zamir specializes in Knowledge Management Systems, Decision Support Systems, and the impact of Information System Quality Dimensions on organizational outcomes. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in banking, economic forecasting, and ERP systems.
Publications & Awards: He has published extensively in journals like the Journal of Accounting, Business and Management and International Journal of Entrepreneurial Knowledge. Notable awards include the Dean’s Service Award (2019) and the 2021 Daniel J. Power Best Paper Award (2nd Place).
Professional Contributions: Dr. Zamir actively contributes to curriculum development and ERP training initiatives. He conducts annual workshops on Big Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, and ERPSIM gaming simulations. His certifications include SAP S/4HANA and Quality Matters (QM) training in online pedagogy.
Grants: Recipient of multiple Dean’s Summer Research Grants ($3000 each in 2020, 2022, and 2023).
