Yvonne Earnshaw

Yvonne Earnshaw is an Assistant Professor of Learning, Design, and Technology in the School of Instructional Technology and Innovation at Kennesaw State University's Bagwell College of Education. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the undergraduate Learning, Design, and Technology program. With over 20 years of professional experience in technical writing, instructional design, and usability consulting, she bridges industry practice with academic research.

Research Focus: Her work centers on three primary domains:

• Learning experience design frameworks and implementations
• Online pedagogical practices in higher education environments
• Career readiness for instructional designers and technical communicators

She emphasizes practical industry competencies and internship opportunities for students.
