Yvette N.J. Green

Yvette N.J. Green is an Associate Professor and Department Chair at the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration, University of New Orleans, and also serves as Director of the Hospitality Research Center. Her professional background includes restaurant management, banquets and catering, and resort management.

She is actively engaged with industry organizations:

• Board of Directors, New Orleans Chapter of the Louisiana Restaurant Association
• New Orleans Multicultural Tourism Network
• Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Education (CHRIE)
• Club Managers' Association of America (CMAA)

Her research interests center on hospitality and tourism management, particularly sales forecasting processes in the restaurant industry. Dr. Green has published in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, authored a textbook chapter, and presented at multiple hospitality conferences.
