Yves Berger

Yves Berger is an Associate Professor at the University of Southampton, specializing in statistical inference from complex sample surveys. He is affiliated with the Statistical Sciences Research Institute (S3RI) and focuses on variance estimation, non-response adjustment, and empirical likelihood methods. His research also extends to econometrics, particularly non-linear regression with endogenous covariates. He teaches courses in statistical modeling, survey theory, and demography. Currently, he supervises PhD student Atika Nashirah Hasyyati in Social Statistics and Demography.
