Yuting GAO is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Information & Operations Management at ESCP Business School in Madrid. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction, human-AI interaction, and the societal impacts of the Internet. She employs methods such as field/lab experiments, surveys, econometrics modeling, and machine learning. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow in AI Governance at AI Singapore, addressing trustworthy AI systems and user trust development.
