Yusri Supiyan is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Social Sciences (SOSS), Singapore Management University. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Washington (2022), an MA in Political Science from the same university (2017), and an MA in Political Science from the National University of Singapore (2013). His research focuses on the politics of Southeast Asia, with expertise in political systems and regional governance dynamics.
At SMU, he teaches courses on Southeast Asian politics, integrating academic theory with contemporary regional issues. His work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to understanding socio-political developments in the ASEAN region.
