معرفی
Yueqiao Wu is a J. J. Sylvester Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University. He previously served as a member at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) and completed his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan under the supervision of Mattias Jonsson. His research focuses on non-Archimedean geometry, particularly applications of Berkovich spaces to algebraic and complex geometry, including K-stability and geometric invariant theory.
He co-organizes the Algebraic Geometry Seminar at JHU with Ziquan Zhuang. His work bridges areas like pluripotential theory, affine varieties, and Diophantine geometry, as seen in recent publications on K-stability connections to Vojta’s conjecture and boundedness of semistable sheaves. No scientific awards are explicitly noted, but his contributions span foundational and expository contributions to algebraic geometry.
His advising and grants section is pending further information, though he actively contributes to collaborative projects like the Stacks Project Expository Collection. His office is located at Krieger 405.
