Yuan Chang Leong is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Chicago. His research focuses on the neural and computational mechanisms underlying how goals, beliefs, and emotions influence cognition, using tools like fMRI, fNIRS, computational modeling, and machine learning. He holds an A.B. from Princeton University and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, followed by postdoctoral training at UC Berkeley's Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute.
