Dr. Yu Tian-You is a Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Oklahoma. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Atmospheric Physics and Space Science from National Central University (Taiwan), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His postdoctoral research at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) focused on radar technologies for atmospheric dynamics analysis. Currently, he leads research in phased array weather radar systems, tornado detection algorithms, and radar measurement advancements through the Advanced Radar Research Center and Radar Innovations Lab.
