Yu-Kuang Kevin Hsu

Yu-Kuang Kevin Hsu is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at NTH. He is a licensed Counseling and Clinical Psychologist in Taiwan. His professional roles include serving as Editor-in-Chief of Guidance Quarterly, President of the Taiwan Association of School Psychology and Counseling (TA-SPC), Director of the Taiwan Association of Talent Assessment and Development (TA-TAD), and President of the Association for Taiwan Play Therapy. He previously held a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Maryland's Department of Counseling and Human Services.

His research interests focus on counseling psychology, clinical interventions, school psychology, play therapy, and talent development. He has contributed to the field through publications such as his work in Counseling & Values, exploring ethical and spiritual dimensions in counseling practices.

Dr. Hsu also serves as a Clinical Psychologist at Changhua Christian Medical Center, integrating clinical expertise with academic leadership. His professional networks span academic institutions, professional associations, and healthcare settings, reflecting a commitment to advancing psychological practice and education in Taiwan.
