Youcao Ren is a Lecturer in Architecture at the School of Architecture and Landscape, University of Sheffield. With a MA in Urban Design and a PhD in Landscape Architecture from Sheffield, they focus on sustainable urban transformations in the Global South/East through ethnographic studies of sanitation and water practices.
