Yoojung Kim is a Lecturer in Collaborative Piano at the Department of Music, College of Liberal Arts, University of Mississippi. She specializes in preparing students for performances and frequently collaborates with faculty musicians.

Her research interests emphasize collaborative piano techniques, vocal accompaniment, and ensemble performance practices. Dr. Kim’s expertise is shaped by her extensive performance experience and dedication to piano pedagogy.
Dr. Kim has held prior roles as Staff Collaborative Pianist at Truman State University, Collaborative Pianist at Crane School of Music (SUNY Potsdam), Staff Pianist at Columbus State University, and Principal Keyboardist at Lansing Symphony Orchestra. She also toured Europe as a pianist and harpsichordist with Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp ensembles.
At the University of Mississippi, she teaches courses such as MUS 330: Selected Topics in Music, MUS 398: Solo Recital, and MUS 530: Special Projects in Music Education.
