Yong Wang is a Professor of Family Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Wolverhampton’s Business School, serving as Co-Head of the Management Research Centre and Head of the PhD Programme. He holds visiting professorships at Beijing Institute of Technology and Hebei University of Technology, China. His expertise spans family business dynamics, entrepreneurship, strategy, and business performance. He has led the Sino-Foreign Family Business Research Centre in Beijing since 2010.
Education:

Research Interests: Prof. Wang focuses on family business governance, entrepreneurship in emerging markets, strategic decision-making, and SME digitalization. His work bridges institutional theory and practical business challenges, particularly in China and Nigeria.
Grants & Collaborations: He has secured grants from the European Commission, Chinese National Social Science Foundation, and others. Key projects include studies on family business succession, institutional impacts on SME growth, and AI-driven labor force analysis.
