Dr. Park’s research focuses on invasive pest species dynamics, biological control strategies, and climate change impacts on insect populations. His work combines field experiments with geospatial analysis to develop sustainable pest management solutions for agricultural and forest ecosystems.
Recent publications highlight his expertise in:
- Genetic tracking of invasive stink bugs (Halyomorpha halys)
- Development of attract-and-kill strategies for pest control
- Thermal biology of pollinators (Osmia cornifrons)
- UAV-based biocontrol agent deployment
- Imidacloprid distribution in eastern hemlock
