Yishay Mansour

Prof. Yishay Mansour is a Professor of Computer Science at Tel Aviv University's Blavatnik School of Computer Science, where he has been faculty since 1992. He previously served as the first head of the school during 2000-2002 and founded the Israeli Center of Research Excellence in Algorithms.

His research spans multiple areas of computer science with special emphasis on Machine Learning, Algorithmic Game Theory, Communication Networks, and Theoretical Computer Science. Prof. Mansour has published over 300 papers in these fields and supervised numerous graduate students.

His significant contributions to the field have been recognized with prestigious awards including:

Prof. Mansour has held leadership roles in major conferences including program chair for COLT (1998) and STOC (2016). He has mentored startups including Riverhead (acquired by Cisco), Ghoonet, and Verix.
