معرفی
Yiqing Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the School of Public Health, Texas A&M University. Her work focuses on advanced statistical modeling for oncology research, including causal mediation analysis, Bayesian inference, and trial endpoint projection.
Education
- PhD in Biostatistics from University of Texas Health Science Center
- MS in Biostatistics from University of Florida
- BE in Bioinformatics from Tongji University
Research Interests
Her research emphasizes stochastic processes and Bayesian inference to analyze complex relationships between treatments, intermediate outcomes, and survival endpoints in clinical trials. She develops predictive models for radiation-induced immunosuppression and survival projections using deep learning and statistical methods. Additional interests include causal mediation analysis, genetic data analyses, and computational algorithm development.
