Yi Wang

Yi Wang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focuses on sustainable vegetable production and precision agriculture, aiming to enhance resource efficiency and climate resilience in Wisconsin's vegetable cropping systems. She develops cloud-based machine learning tools using remote sensing data to predict crop yield and optimize management practices. Her work encompasses potatoes, snap beans, sweet corn, peas, and dry edible beans.
