Doç. Dr. Yeşim Pınar Sarıca is a full-time academic staff member at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Işık University, Turkey. She has been active in teaching and research since completing her PhD in Business Administration at Işık University (2008).

Her research focuses on social policy, labor economics, and industrial relations, with particular attention to globalization impacts on work, microcredit systems, and labor rights. She has advised 8+ graduate students on topics spanning health systems, sensory marketing, and digital banking transformation. She contributed to modeling works council systems aligned with EU directives and analyzing Turkish labor market challenges under globalization.
