Yeor Hafouta is an Assistant Professor in the Mathematics Department at the University of Florida. He earned his PhD in Mathematics from the Einstein Institute of Mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2019, supervised by Prof. Yuri Kifer.
Research Interests:
- Probability theory and dynamical systems
- Limit theorems for non-stationary processes
- Inhomogeneous Markov chains
- Non-autonomous hyperbolic dynamical systems
- Statistical properties of complex systems
