Royi Jacobovic

Dr. Royi Jacobovic is a Senior Lecturer at the Statistics and OR Department in the School of Mathematical Sciences, Tel Aviv University. His research focuses on applied probability, queueing theory, stochastic processes, and statistical inference, with applications in operations research and decision theory.

  • B.A. in Statistics and Economics, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2014)
  • M.A. in Statistics and Economics, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2016)
  • Ph.D. in Statistics and Data-Science, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2020)

His research includes work on stopping games with asymmetric information, storage systems optimization, and mathematical statistics. He has previously held postdoctoral positions at the University of Haifa, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Korteweg-de Vries Institute at the University of Amsterdam.
