Dr. Yehuda Davis is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Sy Syms School of Business, Yeshiva University. He holds a PhD in Accounting from Rutgers Business School (2020) and a BS from Excelsior College (2013). His research focuses on contemporary accounting challenges in evolving business landscapes, including cryptocurrency auditing, market reactions to legal events, bank cash holdings, and PCAOB inspections. He teaches Intermediate Accounting courses and previously instructed Accounting for Managers in Rutgers’ Executive MBA program.
Dr. Davis explores how accounting functions in emerging areas like digital assets and legal-judicial impacts on financial markets.
