Yehor Surkov is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Particle Physics and Astrophysics at the University of Helsinki's Department of Physics (Faculty of Science). His work bridges experimental optics and planetary science, with recent research involving bioaerosol scattering mechanisms and lunar surface analysis. He participates in two active projects (2024–2026): Planetary System in Scattered Light (Research Council of Finland) and BF/CELLIGHT (Business Finland).
