Yasin SOYLER

Prof. Dr. Yasin Soyler is a full-time faculty member at Ankara Sosyal Bilimler Üniversitesi's Faculty of Law, holding the rank of Professor in the Department of Public Law and Administrative Law. He has served as Deputy Dean, Department Chair, and Editor-in-Chief of multiple legal journals. His academic journey includes a PhD in Public Law (Gazi University, 2013) and extensive administrative roles in Turkey's legal framework development, including positions at the Presidency and Prime Ministry.
