Yara Bouckaert

Yara Bouckaert is a Researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Department of Work and Organizational Psychology. Her research explores interpersonal behavioral dynamics in workplace contexts, particularly focusing on trust-building, trust repair, and the impact of humor on organizational outcomes.
