Yao Yu is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological University (2015) and a BBA from Xiamen University (2009). His research focuses on judgment and decision making, internal control over financial reporting, audit committees, corporate social responsibility, and financial information comparability. He teaches financial accounting at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including online and in-person formats.
