Yannik Escher

Yannik Escher is a researcher and doctoral student at Leuphana University Lüneburg, affiliated with the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) and the Professorship of Business and Social Psychology & Methods. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Psychology while working on the DigiTaL (Digital Transformation Lab for Teaching and Learning) research project.

His research focuses on social and business psychology, with specific expertise in negotiation behavior, individual differences in negotiation skills, and questionnaire response behavior.
