Yanki Yazgan, M.D., is a full Professor of Psychiatry at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul and holds a clinical/adjunct appointment at Yale Child Study Center. His expertise spans neuropsychiatric disorders such as ADHD, autism, and Tourette’s syndrome, with a focus on lifespan clinical care and medical education innovation. Dr. Yazgan’s academic interests include leveraging digital tools and artistic mediums to enhance medical pedagogy and public science communication.
Education: MD from Ege University (1983), postdoctoral clinical and research fellowships at Yale School of Medicine (1995). His work bridges clinical practice with translational research, emphasizing early-onset neurodevelopmental conditions and community mental health initiatives.
