معرفی
Yajie Yang is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Urban Planning and Transportation at the School of Built Environment, Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Her work focuses on transportation systems modeling using advanced statistical methods, with emphasis on household mobility decisions and sustainable transport adoption.
Her research expertise spans:
- Transportation and Urban Planning
- Bayesian Network Methodologies
- Residential and Workplace Mobility Dynamics
- Car Ownership and Usage Patterns
- Light Electric Vehicle Adoption
- Life Event Impact Analysis
Recent publications demonstrate consistent application of large-scale dynamic Bayesian networks to model complex mobility systems, particularly examining how residential relocation, workplace changes, and life events influence vehicle transactions and sustainable transport choices. This work integrates sociodemographic factors with spatial mobility patterns to forecast emission impacts and adoption barriers.
She actively contributes to the RAAK.PRO05.038 LEVERAGE project (2023-2027) as a core research member, collaborating with Prof. S. Rasouli and V. Caiati on data-driven sustainable mobility solutions.
