Dr. Yadong Wang is a researcher at the Institute of Safety and Risk Sciences within the Department of Landscape, Water and Infrastructure at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). His work focuses on interdisciplinary safety and risk sciences, bridging technical, social, and ethical dimensions of technology and science.
Research Interests include nuclear safety, biosecurity, environmental risk analysis, and technology assessment. His projects often address societal implications of emerging technologies, such as gene drives, nanocarriers, and nuclear energy systems.
