YEO Jihye is an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Management from the Australian National University (ANU) and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at EM Lyon Business School. Her research focuses on the intersection of innovation and public policy, examining how governmental interventions influence business innovation and enhance policy effectiveness. She employs mixed-methods approaches (qualitative and quantitative) and has presented at leading conferences like the Academy of Management. Notably, she was a finalist for the Carolyn Dexter Award in 2017.
Before her academic career, she worked as a project manager at a government-funded organization in South Korea. Her research interests include innovation intermediaries, knowledge spillovers, strategic management, and policy design. She has published in journals like Economic Modelling and contributed to conference proceedings such as the Academy of Management Annual Conference.
