Dr. YAMEOGO Lassané is an Associate Professor of Geography and Urban Planning at the Department of Geography, University Joseph-Ki-Zerbo in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Padova, Italy (2006), and has served as Head of the Department of Geography (2014–2017). His research focuses on migration, climate change, and urban-rural dynamics in semi-arid regions of West Africa.
