Yvonne Benschop is a Professor of Business Administration specializing in Organizational Behavior at Radboud University. She currently serves as Vice Dean of Research for the Institute for Management Research and leads the multidisciplinary 'Gender and Power in Politics and Management' research hotspot, collaborating with over 20 researchers across disciplines. Her work focuses on organizational strategies for gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, emphasizing informal processes that perpetuate inequality and interventions to transform them. She co-edits journals like Organization and publishes in top-tier journals such as Journal of Management Studies and Organization Studies. Her research explores postfeminist organizational change, intersectional equality frameworks, and the intersections of gender with climate technology.
Key projects include the EU-funded INSPIRE Center for Inclusive Gender Equality in Research & Innovation (2022-2026) and G-VERSITY, training early-stage researchers on gender diversity.
