Xuran Han is a Lecturer in Psychology at the School of Human Sciences, University of Greenwich, joining in April 2023. She specializes in the intersection of bilingualism and cognitive psychology, exploring how language experiences shape neurocognitive adaptations across the lifespan.

At Greenwich, she teaches courses on cognitive mechanisms in bilingual language processing, quantitative research methods, and language communication psychology. She supervises undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and previously held teaching assistant roles at UCL from 2018-2022.
