Xuemei Tian

Dr. Xuemei Tian is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship, Swinburne University of Technology. Her research focuses on Library and information studies, Information systems, and Creative and professional writing. She has received notable awards including the OLT Citation for Outstanding Contributions to University Teaching (2014) and an ARC scholarship for digital publishing research (2006). Dr. Tian’s work emphasizes leadership in technology adoption, SME analytics, and big data applications.
