Xin-Li LIAO is an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University, China. With a career spanning over two decades, he specializes in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, protein structure and dynamics, and quantum chemistry.
