Dr Xin Gao is a researcher at the Division of Immunology and Infectious Diseases, The Australian National University. His work focuses on understanding immune responses, particularly B cell dynamics, germinal center biology, and T follicular helper (Tfh) cell functions. Key research areas include CD11c+ atypical B cells, IL-21 signaling in germinal centers, and Tfh17-driven immunological memory. His studies explore mechanisms underlying vaccine efficacy, pathogen persistence, and autoimmune processes.
Research interests span molecular immunology, cytokine regulation, and cellular differentiation pathways.
