Xiaoye She

Xiaoye She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM), where she has served since 2018 teaching courses including PSCI 431 (Global Development) and GBST 302/PSCI 460 (Global Money & Power).
