Xiaowen Fu is a Professor of Engineering Management in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with an honorary appointment at the University of Sydney Business School. His research focuses on transport economics, including competition policy, efficiency benchmarking, and transport demand modeling. He holds a PhD from the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia.
He serves on editorial boards for journals like Transportation Research Part B and Transport Policy, and has guest-edited five special issues.
